摘 要:目的:建立藏药杜鹃花的质量标准。方法:按《中国药典》2010年版(一部)附录相关方法测定不同批次藏药杜鹃花药材的水分、总灰分、醇溶性浸出物;采用显微、薄层色谱法建立其鉴别方法;采用HPLC法测定金丝桃苷、槲皮苷的含量。结果:确定了该药材显微鉴别特征,建立了薄层鉴别方法和金丝桃苷、槲皮苷含量测定方法。结论:该方法操作简单、稳定性和重复性良好,可用于控制杜鹃花药材的质量。This study was aimed to establish the quality standard of Tibetan medicine Rhododendron Flos. According to the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition), the moisture, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and water-soluble extracts of the material medical were identified. The microscopy and thin layer chromatography (TLC) were used to establish identification methods. The contents of hyperoside and quercitrin were determined by HPLC method. The results showed that this study had established the microscopic identification feature, TLC and HPLC determination methods of hyperoside and quercitrin. It was concluded that the established method was simple to operate with good stability and reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of Rhododendron Flos.
