摘　　要：阐述了弹条Ⅱ型扣件弹条崩裂的原因 ,通过采用涡流探伤技术 ,可对弹条原材料表面进行有无折叠和裂纹缺陷的定性判别 ,使不合格率降低 。This paper shows the cause of elastic stripes Ⅱ buckle's crack.By vertex hurt exploring technology,we can form a quantitative estimate of foldnesss and crack default on the surface of raw material,in order to reduce unqualified rate and ensure it not to crackle.\;
