摘　　要：高校思想政治教育与"平安校园"建设的关系是辩证的的统一体,对提高高校思想政治教育具有重大理论意义和现实意义。加速高校"平安校园"建设,对强化高校校园安全管理,全面提升高校管理水平是战略性的措施。The relationship between the ideological and political education and the construction of ＂safe campus＂ is a dialectical unity, which have great theoretical and practical significance for improving the ideological and political education. To strengthen the ＂safe campus＂ construction is a strategic measure for strengthening the campus security management of colleges and improving the management level of colleges.
