摘　　要：模具工业是国家的基础工业,培养具有知识和技能的应用型人才是企业所需,通过对模具专业建设的探索与实践,确定了"1231"的人才培养目标,探索了"3+nx"人才培养模式,改革课程体系,创新教学方法,利用学校实验室优势资源,为校园环境下应用型人才的培养探索出一条新路。Mould industry is the industry foundation. It is necessary for enterprises to train applied talents with knowledge and skills. Through exploration and practice of mould specialty construction, the article determines the talents training goal of the ＂1231＂, and explores the＂3 ＋nx＂ training mode. It reforms curriculum system, and innovates teaching methods. Taking advantage of the laboratory advantage resources, it explores a new training way of applied talents.
