摘  要:分析了连铸坯初始凝固区域钢液的凝固行为,研究了铸坯表面缺陷形成机制及其与结晶器内钢液初始凝固行为关系,探讨了国内外连铸坯初始凝固控制技术的冶金原理及优缺点。The solidification behavior of liquid steel in the initial solidification region of mold has been analyzed. The formation mechanism of different surface defects on continuous casting strand has been studied, and the relationship between surface defects and initial solidification behavior has been also discussed. Finally, metallurgical principles of different initial solidification control technology has been introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of differ ent control technology has been analyzed.
