关于结晶器非正弦振动波形的一些探讨

摘　　要：对目前几种比较有代表性的结晶器非正弦振动波形进行了介绍，并提出了一种新的波形。从振动动力学、最大上振速度、最大加速度及主要振动工艺参数值等几方面，对各种波形特点进行了全面分析和比较。结果表明，YSU波形、WIS波形要优于其他波形。另外，还对非正弦振动波形偏斜率的取值进行了分析，认为其最佳取值范围为0．25～0．35。Several typical non-sinusoidal oscillation waveforms for continuous casting mold were introduced and a new waveform was presented. Their characteristics were analyzed and compared with each other concerning oscillation dynamics, lhe maxmium up speed, the maxmium down acceleration and the main oscillation process parameters. The res＇uhs show that the YSU and WIS waveforms were more excellent than the others. In addition, the optimal range of non sinusoidal factor was also analyzed, and the value is 0.25 0.35 .
