摘 要:为了研究不同使用年限和不同深度层路面沥青的老化规律,对不同使用年限的路面取样,采用旋转蒸发器法抽提回收已老化的沥青,分析沥青的指标变化,从而探究路面沥青随使用时间的老化进程。然后将路面分层取样回收沥青,分析不同深度路面沥青老化情况。研究表明回收沥青的延度和针入度随着年限增加而减小,软化点和黏度增大,其中延度和黏度的变化幅度最大。在路面服务期的前几年路面老化速度较快,以后越来越缓慢。沥青路面的老化行为存在竖向差异,其中路面表层沥青因为与大气接触充分,并且经受阳光的照射,老化要严重得多。To study the ageing principles of different service life and different depth layer road asphalt, this article sampled the pavements of different service life, extracted and recycled aging asphalt by using rota- ry evaporator, and analyzed changes of asphalt indicators, explored the aging process of the road asphalt with the service time, and analyzed degrees of asphalt aging at different depth layers through stratified sampling and recycling asphalt. The studies showed that the ductility and penetration of recycling asphalt decreased and softening point and viscosity increased with the increasing of serve life, ductility and viscosity changed great- ly. In the first few years of tile pavement service period, aging rate is faster, then slower and slower. The verti- cal differences occur in the asphalt aging behavior, and asphalt aging is much more serious at the road surface because of atmosphere and sunshine.
