摘　　要：《钦定热河志》是清代乾隆时期官修方志,是记述热河地区自然与历史文化最早的地方志。编纂原则,皆为叙述内容的需要而定,内容丰富,体例完善,突出了地方特色。全书不仅是地方资治、教化和存史的依据,而且是研究清代历史的重要典籍。The History of Rehe by Imperial Order is the earliest local records reflecting the naturte and cul- ture and history in Rehe area, which is revised by officials in the period of Emperor Qianlong in tile Qing Dy- nasty. The compilation principle is that all depend on the needs of the narrative contents, not only rich in content and perfect in style, but more outstanding local characteristics. The whole book is not only the basis of the local history, cuhivating people and recording historical events, but Qing Dynasty. also important book of studying the history of theQing Dynasty.
