摘　　要：介绍了中油财务公司金融管理信息系统的基本方案，详细阐述了系统的结构、特点及运行情况，同时，介绍了与其相关的保密、帐务和柜台核算，报表与合同管理等多项子系统．The basic plan had been introduced which is about the finance management information system in China Petroleum Finance Co. Ltd. The structure, characteristic and running situation of this system were expounded, and the security, account, counter, report forms and contract management subsystem were also presented.
