摘 要:为提高福建行洛坑钨矿的分选指标,对现行的枱浮选矿工艺进行了优化.采用"重-浮"联合工艺,即先用摇床将枱浮给矿进行重选富集,得到的钨粗精矿再磨后以(戊基黄药+丁铵黑药)为捕收剂浮选脱除砷、硫等硫化矿,经一粗二精三扫,闭路试验可获得含钨55.89%、钨回收率92.60%,含砷0.06%、砷分布率3.39%,含硫0.36%、硫分布率2.73%的钨精矿.与原枱浮工艺相比,新工艺流程简单、可控性强,不仅可获得较高质量的钨精矿,且显著改善了选厂生产环境,实现了钨矿石的清洁高效分选.The current process flow sheet of table flotation is replaced by the combination circuit of gravity separation and flotation to improve the processing results of Xingluokeng tungsten ore in Fujiang. Tungsten rough concentrate enriched by table concentrator is re-grinded. Amyl xanthate and ammonium butyl are applied as collectors to remove the arsenic and sulphur. A tungsten concentrate with tungsten grade of 55.89 %, recovery of 92.60 % is obtained in the closed circuit test by once roughing, twice cleaning and three times scavenging. The arsenic and sulphur grade is 3.39 % and 0.36 % respectively. Compared to the past process flow sheet, the new process flow sheet is simple and easy to control. Moreover, high quality tungsten concentrate is obtained and clean and efficient separation is achieved to improve the plant's production environment.
