鱼金注射液的临床配伍研究

摘　　要：参考鱼金注射液使用说明书,每次40 mL,溶于5%或10%葡萄糖溶液250 mL中,摇匀,检测混合液8 h内的外观颜色、可见异物、pH值、不溶性微粒、甲基正壬酮含量。结果表明,鱼金注射液与溶媒混合后的混合液为无色透明溶液,无明显可见异物,pH值稳定,不溶性微粒符合中药注射液质量要求,甲基正壬酮含量稳定,临床应用是安全、可靠的。Reference Yujin injection instructions,each time with 40 mL,dissolved in 5% or 10% glucose solution 250 mL,detected mixture 8 h of the appearance of color visible foreign matter,pH value,the insoluble particles and the content of methyl nonyl ketone. Results showed that the mixed liquid of Yujin injectlon ble, the and menstruum is colorless and transparent solution, no obvious visible foreign matter,pH is stainsoluble particles meet the quality requirements of Chinese medicine injection, the content of methyl nonyl ketone is stable
