高固体含量的乙二醛化聚丙烯酰胺的合成

摘  要:以丙烯酰胺(AM)与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC)为原料,甲酸钠作链转移剂,过硫酸铵(APS)作引发剂,合成阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PDA),再与乙二醛作用,得到固体含量为11%的乙二醛化聚丙烯酰胺(G-PDA)。考察了影响PDA相对分子量和G-PDA粘度的因素。在DADMAC用量为40%(占单体质量分数),单体浓度为30%,APS用量为0.6%(占单体质量分数)的条件下,PDA的相对分子量为7 218。当乙二醛用量为30%(相对于PDA质量),G-PDA的粘度为25 mPa·s,在30℃下贮存时间约为37 d。Cationic polyacrylamide (PDA) was synthesized by reacting with acrylamide (AM) and dial- lyldimethylammonium chloride(DADMAC) as the raw material,and sodium formate as chain transfer a- gent, and ammonium persulfate as initiator. The glyoxalated polyacrylamide (G-PDA) was obtained by reacting PDA and glyoxal,and the solid content was 11%o by weight. The effect of various factors on the molecular weight of PDA and the viscosity of G-PDA were studied. The molecular weight of PDA was 7 218 when the amount of DADMAC was 40% ,amount of APS was 0.6% , and the monomer concentration was 30% by weight. The viscosity of G-PDA was 25 mPa . s when the dosage of glyoxal was 30%. The G-PDA can be stably stored, for about 37 d when stored at 30 ℃.
