摘  要:本研究以21个高灌蓝莓品种为试材,克隆VcCBF基因,测序后分析其单核苷酸多态性(SNP),共克隆到123个非重复序列,发现120个SNP位点,单核苷酸多态性发生频率为1/695bp,核苷酸多态性值(Pi)为0.01251。在120个SNP位点中,单态突变位点62个;简约信息位点58个,其中双突变55个,三突变3个。对其碱基替换方式进行分析发现,转换91个,颠换26个,转换与颠换的发生比率为3.5∶1。通过单倍型分析发现,21个蓝莓品种的VcCBF基因存在5种单倍型。With 21 highbush blueberry cultivars as materials , the VcCBF gene was cloned and its single nucleotide polymorphisms ( SNPs) were analyzed based on sequencing .Totally, 123 non repetitive sequences were cloned and 120 SNPs were identified with the SNPs occurrence rate as one SNP every 695 bp and the nu-cleotide diversity value (Pi) as 0.01251.In 120 SNPs, 62 of them were singleton mutant sites, 55 were double mutant sites and 3 were triple mutant sites .The analysis on base substitution ways showed 91 transi-tions and 26 transversions with the ratio of Ti/Tv as 3.5.Five haplotypes of VcCBF gene were identified from the 21 blueberry cultivars .
