摘　　要：使用C++语言实现了基于FlashP2P技术的后台服务器,用as3语言实现了flash播放器,该系统的分享率达到80%,其可行性已在实践中得到验证,可以推广到其他视频互联网公司.The application of flash technique in video industry and most important problem in flash operation are analyzed at first. Than we extended to FlashP2P techniques and its application status. At last a technique structure that FlashP2P combined with C＋＋ is proposed. The feasibility of this structure has been validated in practice, and it can be extended to other video internet companies.
