摘 要:为了提高当前我国起重设备安全的安全监督与管理水平,对比分析了近7年来我国特种设备安全事故发生情况,分析得出特种设备安全事故的整体发展趋势以及起重机械成因研究的必要性。以建筑、港口、电力和造船等行业中大型塔式起重设备为研究对象,收集归类历年来发生的66例塔式起重机重大安全事故,以ARCTM理论为指导全面分析各类典型事故的成因,并给出了针对性的防范措施,为塔式起重特种设备的安全监督、管理存在的不足指明了改进方向和具体改善方法。To improve the safety supervision and management level for current domestic cranes, contrastive analysis is performed for safety accidents of domestic special equipment in recent years, which shows necessity of research on overall development trend of safety accidents of special equipment and causes of hoisting machinery. With large-scale tower cranes used in building, port, electricity, ship-building, and other industries as the study object, 66 serious safety accidents of tower cranes occurring in these years are collected and classified, to completely analyze causes of all kinds of specific acci- dents with reference to ARCTM theory, provide corresponding precaution measures, and indicate improving direction and methods for any inefficiencies in safety monitoring and management of tower cranes and special equipment.
