摘 要:对于双简谐振动输送机,建立了物料的单自由度动力学模型,其非线性因素主要在于物料和槽体之间的干摩擦力。关于双简谐激励中6个振动参数对输送过程的影响,通过数值仿真发现:不同的相位差定义使得初相位和相位差对于输送速度的影响不同;高频次振动与低频主振动的幅值比在1/3附近,频率比取2,输送效果最好;输送速度随幅值、频率的增大而增大,只有当抛掷指数大于摩擦因数时才能实现输送,当抛掷指数相同时,低频大振幅的输送效果要好于高频小振幅。In terms of double-harmonic vibration conveyor,the single freedom dynamic model is built for materials. The non-linear factor is mainly the dry friction between the materials and the groove.When it comes to the effect of 6 vibra-tion parameters in the double-harmonic excitation of the conveying process,it’s indicated through the value simulation that different phase-difference definitions take different effects on the conveying speed;the conveying effect is the best when the magnitude value rate of high-frequent vibration to low-frequent vibration is around 1/3,and frequency rate is 2;the conve-ying speed increases with increase of the magnitude and frequency.Conveying is available only when the throwing index is greater than the friction factor.When the throwing index is the same,the conveying effect of low-frequent big amplitude is better than that of high-frequent small amplitude.
