摘 要:以封闭TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)胶束和PVAc(聚醋酸乙烯酯)乳液作为主要原料,采用机械共混法制备了单组分PVAc-TDI复合胶粘剂;然后,以此作为木材胶接件用胶粘剂,采用高频加热技术对TDI胶束进行解封闭,可实现单组分复合胶粘剂的交联固化。研究结果表明:以复合胶粘剂的稳定性、胶接强度和耐水性等作为考核指标,采用单因素试验法优选出制备该胶粘剂的最佳工艺条件是m(封闭TDI胶束)∶m(PVAc乳液)=5∶100、高频加热时间为40 s;此时,复合胶粘剂的胶接强度升至6.68 MPa、耐水时间延长至116 min。With closed TDI ( toluene diisocyanate) micelle and PVAe ( polyvinyl acetate) emulsion as main raw materials, a single-componeut PVAc-TDI composite adhesive was prepared by mechanical blending method. Then, with the composite adhesive as adhesive for wood glued joint, the crosslinking curing of single-compnnent composite adhesive could be realized after the TDI micelle was unclosed hy high-frequency heating technology. The research results showed that: with stability, bonding strength and water resistance of composite adhesive as evaluation indexes, the optimal process conditions of preparing adhesive were preferred by single-factor experiment method when mass ratio of m (closed TDI micelle) : m (PVAc emulsion) was 5: 100, and the high- frequency heating time was 40 s. Here, the bonding strength of composite adhesive was increased to 6.68 MPa, and water resistance time of composite adhesive was prolonged to 116 min.
