摘　　要：设计了一种应用于射频无线收发芯片的数字基带控制器,采用中芯国际0.18μm CMOS工艺设计。该基带控制器系统主要包括接口电路、组帧电路、解帧电路以及核心控制处理器,可实现SPI通信和多种收发功能操作。基带控制器最终被集成到射频收发机芯片中并进行了流片验证,测试结果显示,基带控制器面积为0.54mm2,所有功能工作正常,实测功耗0.59mW。This paper presents a novel digital baseband controller for wireless RFIC. It is a low power full digital ASIC implemented through 0. 18 μm CMOS technology. The baseband controller receives serial signals from MCU through SPI, and carries out various send-receive functions based on received command. This digital system mainly consists of interface circuit, frame-encapsulating and frame-recovering circuit, and a core processor. It is finally integrated in to a RF communication chip which has been taped out and tested. Test results show that the baseband controller with 0.54 mm2 core size and 0.59 mW power consumption functions well.
