摘 要:以铜街—曼家寨矿段边坡稳定性研究为基础,露天境界不同区段采用不同帮坡角,结合露天采场内矿岩赋存特点,按标高把露天境界分为以剥离为主和以采矿为主的不同区域,对应调整台阶参数及配置铲装、运输设备,既保证了露天采场帮坡安全,又便于矿山生产管理,提高设备效率及矿石资源回采率,降低了能耗及矿石贫化率。Based on research of Tongjie - Manjiazhai ore block, applying different slope angle to different section of open - pit boundary, combining with the occurrence characteristics of the ore and rock, the open - pit boundary is divided into mainly stripping area and mainly mining area according to the elevation, and the bench parameters, the configuration of shovel loading and transportation facilities are adjusted correspondingly. It can guarantee the slope safety of excavating plant and make the mine production management easy ; the e- quipment efficiency and ore resource recovery ratio is improved, and the energy consumption and ore dilution rate is reduced.
