摘　　要：本文针对高教版"分光光度法测定芦丁含量"实验中显色对比法的一些不足,提出了改进方法——标准曲线法。通过测定方法的改进,弥补了原测定方法的不足,达到了良好的实验效果。This paper put forward an improved method, that is standard curve method in regard to those deficiencies in the color contrast method of＂Spectrophotometric Determination of Rutin Content＂experiment in higher education version. We made up for deficiencies of the original measuring method and achieved good experimental result through the improvement of the determination method.
