摘 要:烧结过程中铁矿粉的同化性是研究高温特性的重要部分,具有适宜同化性的铁矿粉在烧结过程中液相粘结良好,有利于烧结矿质量指标的改善。对京唐烧结用料中有代表性的5种主料矿粉:巴卡粉、杨迪粉、巴烧粉、澳粉和地方粉的同化性能进行了测试;并按两两搭配组合的方式进行了同化性测试,发现不同矿粉两两搭配后,混合粉的同化性均介于单种矿粉的同化性之间,并且混合矿的同化性基本与单种矿比例呈线性相关关系。The assimilation is an important part in research of high - temperature properties of iron ore powder in sintering. The powders with suitable assimilation would have better liquid phase sticking, and good to im- prove the sinter quality indexes. The assimilation functions are tested for five representative kinds of main ore powder in sintering materials of Jingtang Company: Baka powder, Yangdi powder, Ba burning powder, Australian powder and national powder; and the pair combined assimilation tests are conducted. It is discov- ered that the assimilation of the mixing powder is always between the two of the paired single powders and basically presented to have linear correlative with the proportion of the single ore in mixing ore.
