摘  要:宣钢360 m2烧结机碱度R由2.00提高至2.25后,对烧结工艺参数和技术经济指标的变化进行了试验研究。结果表明:在宣钢目前原料结构条件下,碱度R提高后,烧结矿的强度、小粒级、低温还原粉化率等指标都有所改善,一些关键性参数,如FeO、固体燃耗、负压、料层变化较大。通过对变化过程的分析总结,逐渐掌握了在髙碱度烧结条件下的操作标准,对后续进一步稳定生产、调整入炉熟料结构具有指导意义。The test research is done for the change in process parameters and technical and economic indexes in sintering after the basicity R increased from 2.00 to 2.25 in 360 m2 sintering machine. It is showed from the result that under the present raw materials structure in Xuan Steel, after basicity R increased, the strength, small particle size degree and low - temperature reduction - disintegration indices of sinter are all improved, and the change is rather large in some key parameters such as FeO, solid fuel consumption, nega- tive pressure and material layer. Based on the analysis and conclusion for the change procedure, the operation standard under high - basicity sintering condition is gradually mastered. It has a guiding significance for the further stabilizing production and adjusting into -furnace grog structure.
