摘 要:静止无功补偿装置采用由晶闸管控制电抗器、n组晶闸管投切电容器、固定由容器组等组成的结构对电力系统与负荷进行补偿研究,控制策略以稳定电压、无功补偿与功率因数矫正为目的。通过窗口滑动的傅里叶变换提取出电压与电流中的基波信号,并对无功功率进行快速计算。基于粒子群算法参数整定的非线性度变换PID控制器实现快速控制过程,同时提高了系统鲁棒性。以三相电路的瞬时无功理论实现对负荷不平衡引起的负序电流进行补偿。利用Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真实验,得到相关波形,并验证了控制策略的正确性。The paper proposes the static var compensation device TCR + nTSC + FC to compensate var of power system buses and loads. The purpose of control strategy is for voltage stability,var compensation and power factor correction. The fundamental wave signals in voltage and current is extracted by sliding window Fourier transform, and reactive power was calculated rapidly. The paper uses non-liner norm transformation PID controller and param-eters are setted by particle swarm algorithm to realize fast control process and improve the system robustness. The paper also uses instantaneous var theory of three-phase circuit to compensate negative sequence current introduced by the unbalanced loads. At last,an experiment with constant parameters was simulated by Matlab/Simulink soft-ware,and the results proved that the method is available.
