摘　　要：传统的纸质图书借阅服务已不能满足高校教学和科研的要求,图书馆要利用现代化的技术手段,拓展电子文献的服务方式。论文简单介绍了高校图书馆电子资源建设利用现状,从影响高校图书馆电子资源利用率的几个因素着手,进一步探寻提高电子资源利用率的基本策略,从而不断完善电子资源建设,更好地为读者服务。The traditional paper library service cannot meet the requirements of teaching and research in universities, so li- braries should employ modern technology means to expand the electronic literature service. This paper briefly introduces the present situation of the construction and employment of electronic resources in university libraries, starting from the factors which influence the utilization of electronic resources to improve the basic strategy, and constantly perfect the construction of electronic resources, thus to give the best service to the readers.
