淫羊藿苷对人牙周膜细胞OCN表达水平的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨淫羊藿苷对人牙周膜细胞骨钙素（OCN）表达水平的影响，为淫羊藿苷治疗牙周病提供依据。方法：体外培养人牙周膜细胞，矿化诱导条件下将第3代细胞与10～0.001μg/mL6个浓度的淫羊藿苷作用，Elisa测定OCN表达水平。结果：人牙周膜细胞在矿化诱导条件下与不同浓度淫羊藿苷作用72小时后，1～0.01μg/mL组的OCN表达水平均较对照组显著增加（P＜0.05）；10μg/mL组OCN表达水平较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：淫羊藿苷在一定浓度范围内可促进人牙周膜细胞骨向分化。Objective：To provide evidence for the application of icariin to periodontal disease by exploring the effects of icariin on the expressions of osteocalcin （OCN） in human periodontal ligament cells. Methods：Human periodontal ligament cells were cultured in vitro. Under the conditions of induced mineralization, the cells of genera-tion three were dealt with icariin in different concentrations （10~0.001μg/mL）, the levels of OCN were detected by Elisa. Results：Compared with the control group, the expressions of OCN in the group of 1~0.01 μg/mL were in-creased remarkably when human periodontal ligament cells were dealt with icariin in different concentrations after 72 hours （P＆lt;0.05）;the expressions of OCN in the group of 10μg/mL were less than the control group, the differ-ence had statistical meaning （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion：icariin in a certain concentrations could promote osteogenic dif-ferentiation of human periodontal ligament cells.
