摘 要:目的:优化安坤种子浓缩丸打光工艺。方法:以乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、基丸装量、包衣锅转速、滑石粉用量、停锅吹干时间为考察因素,采用L8(27)正交实验,以打光后丸剂含水量和外观为指标优选其打光工艺。结果:优选打光工艺为750mL45%乙醇,基丸装量40kg/锅,糖衣锅转速30r/min,滑石粉用量0.5kg,停锅吹干时间20分钟。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,可用于控制安坤种子浓缩丸的质量。Objective:To optimize polishing process of Ankun ZhongZi concentrated pills. Methods:Ethanol volume fraction, ethanol consumption, loading of basic pills, rotational speed of coating pot, dosage of talcum pow-der and blow-drying time after rotation were used as factors. L8(27) orthogonal test was adopted to optimize polishing technique by taking moisture content of the pills after polished and the appearance as the indexes. Results:The opti-mized polishing process was:750mL 45%ethanol, loading of basic pills 40kg/pot, rotational speed of coating pot:30r/min, the amount of talcum powder: 0.5kg, blow-drying time: 20 minutes. Conclusion: The optimal technique, stable and feasible, could be used for quality control of AnKun ZhongZi concentrated pills.
