摘　　要：从经筋针刺针具及针刺手法的研究入手分析,发现目前对经筋针刺的临床应用研究较多,而对其治疗机理的研究相对较少,指出如何用现代医学的知识解释经筋针刺的机理应是以后研究的重点。There are many studies about clinical application of meridian sinew acupuncture but fewer ones about its therapeutic mechanism by learning from the acupuncture of meridian sinew, needling instrument and the manipulation, it is found that how to interpret meridian sinew acupuncture by the knowledge of modern medicine is the key of further researches.
