基子游客感知的社区居民参与旅游实证研究——以玉树称多县为例

摘　　要：基于社区的旅游,特别强调当地社区对旅游的开发与管理进行主导性的控制和参与,并把大部分利益保留在社区之内。依托高原独特自然环境、藏文化特色显著的玉树发展旅游具有一定潜质,社区参与旅游具有可行性。选取具有代表性的称多县为本文的研究案例,通过自主设计称多牧民参与旅游测量表,采用深度访谈及实地调查问卷,对当地居民参与旅游做了深入的研究。研究结果显示:称多县社区居民参与旅游处于初级阶段;缺乏资金、不会经营是当地居民参与旅游的限制因素;游客数量相对少,是制约社区广泛参与旅游的重要因素;确保社区赋权的法律条款和旅游管理体制缺失及社区参与意识薄弱阻碍了当地居民深入参与旅游。基于上述研究结果提出了相关建议。The tourism based on communities particularly stresses the active control and involvement of local communities on exploiting and managing of it, and keeps the majority of profit into the communities. With unique natural environment and remarkable Tibetan featured culture, plenty of tourist resources of Yushu are waiting to be explored, and it＇s feasible for the local communities to get involved into tourist. Taking Chengduo county which has representative character as researching example, the researcher independently designed tourist survey chart to get local herds participated, conducted deep interview and questionnaire to study the degree that local community residents participate in . The researching results show that the participating degree is at the beginning stage; lacking of money and improper managing are factors that restrict involvement degree; relatively small number of tourists is the key element ; imperfect managing system, being short of insurance of relevant law and deficiency participating consciousness hinder local residents to take part in tourist deeply. The author proposed suggestions for solving the problem from the researching results.
