摘　　要：抗战爆发后,为办理军费划拨及推行法币政策,青海省逐渐设立专业银行、中央银行并开展业务,这也有益于地方社会经济的恢复与开发;对国家金融机构,地方当局发生先排斥后利用的态度转变。抗战胜利后,青海省银行、青海商业银行先后设立并与国家银行争夺业务,这反映出地方对中央应对策略中的排斥、合作、争夺的轨迹以及既存在矛盾又相互合作的两个面相,但最终使得青海省银行业制度现代化体系初露端倪。After the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War, in order to deal with money transfer and legal tender policy, Qinghai province gradually set up a professional bank, the central bank and doing business, which are beneficial to the recovery and development of local social economy; The country＇s financial institutions, local authorities shift rejection before use. After the victory of the war, commercial Banks has set up a bank of Qinghai province, Qinghai and with national bank for business, and this reflects the place to rejection of the central strategy, cooperation and competition of track and contradiction and mutual cooperation of the two faces, but in the end make the banking system of modern system of Qinghai province.
