摘 要:全桥软开关功率变压器是电子提花机电源的核心部件,其性能直接影响电子提花机工作的可靠性和稳定性,因此研究此类变压器的设计方法十分必要。在分析全桥软开关功率变压器工作原理的基础上对此类变压器的磁芯选材、绕制工艺进行了研究,提出了变压器设计和计算方法。经对比试验及温升测试,所设计的变压器漏感低,效率高,运行稳定可靠,验证了该设计方法的合理性和可行性。Full bridge soft switching power transformer is the core part of power supply for electronic jacquard, and its performance directly affects the reliability and stability of the electronic jacquard. Therefore, the study of such transformer design method is essential. Based on analysis on the work principle of full bridge soft switching power transformer selection of magnetic core and winding process of the transformer is analyzed, and design and calculation method of the transformer proposed. According to the proposed method and calculated parameters, a transformer was fabricated. The results of comparison test and the temperature rise test indicates that the designed transformer has low leakage inductance, high efficiency and runs stably and reliably, confirming the reasonability of the design.
