利用Excel软件自动生成选针刀排列方法研究

摘　　要：针对目前制作纬编提花工艺时,自动生成选针刀排列软件价格昂贵,手动排刀易出错的问题,本文提出一种运用Excel软件,快速准确地自动生成选针刀排列的方法。以拨片(摆片)式提花圆机为例,分别论述了对于两色均匀提花和三色均匀提花的自动生成方法与步骤,包括准备工作、制作选针刀排列图、做出选针刀排列函数等,并结合操作过程,提出了一些有待完善改进的技术要点和注意事项。利用该方法编辑花纹意匠图和提花片(针)的排列方式,选针器刀尾的位置排列情况就能立即生成,方法新颖实用,对于企业生产有一定的参考价值。In terms of the problem of that software for the automatic needle selector plate arrangement is costly, while manual operation is error-prone when making jacquard technology of weft knitted fabric, this paper presents a new method of automatic needle selection which is fast and accurate by means of the properly use of Excellsoft-ware. Taking the plectrum（pendulum） jacquard circular knitting machine as an example, it introduces the automatic needle selection method and steps including preparatory work, making arrangement diagram, generating function, and also proposes some technical key points needed to be improved and some precautions, in accordance with the operational process. Using this method to edit the pattern notation and jacquard arrangement of pattern bits, the lo-cation arrangement of selector plate tail can be generated immediately, which is novel and practical and has a cer-tain reference for production management innovation in relevant enterprises.
