Viloft纤维、纱线及其针织物的性能研究

摘　　要：研究Viloft纤维及其纯纺纱线的基本性能,测试和分析了Viloft纤维的截面形态、成分、红外光谱和力学性能,以及纱线的强力、捻度、条干均匀度、透湿量和耐热性能等。并利用14.8 tex Viloft纤维纯纺纱线开发6种组织的针织面料,简述分析了它们的基本性能、染色性能和服用性能。结果表明:Viloft纤维不仅单纤强力好,还具有近似的中空纤维结构;Viloft纯纺纱强度好,断裂伸长大,回潮率高,耐湿热和干热性能较好;Viloft纤维针织物染色性能良好,各项服用性能优良,特别是透气透湿性和保暖性佳,适合开发内衣面料。Based on the basic performance research of viloft fiber and yarn, the paper tests and analyzes the cross section, constituent, infrared spectra, mechanical property of viloft fiber, and strength, twist, yarn evenness, moisture-permeability and heat resistance of viloft yarn and so on. Besides, it develops 6 kinds of knitted fabrics by using 14.8 tex pure viloft fiber yarn, and introduces in brief the basic performance, dyeing performance and wearing properties of these fabrics. The results show that the cross section of single violft fiber looks like hollow fiber with good strength; the pure viloft yarn bears good strength, large elongation at break; high moisture regain and excellent resistance to humid and dry heat; the viloft knitted fabrics have good dyeing performance and wear-ing properties, especially the air-permeability, moisture-permeability and warmth retention properties, which is suit-able for development of knitted underwear fabrics.
