摘　　要：针对棉散纤维活性染料染色的内外差和色花疵病问题,文中从原棉和装缸质量、染化料选用、设备、染色工艺、操作和现场管理等方面分析了疵病产生原因,并阐述了有效减少疵病的途径和相应措施。举例优化了棉散纤维前处理及染色工艺的流程、处方及条件,并指出了工艺控制的注意事项。According to color difference between face side and back and uneven dyeing defects, the reason for defects was analyzed in terms of the quality of raw cotton and vat filling, the selection of dyes, equipments, dye-ing process, operation and onsite management. The ways and corresponding measures of effectively reducing defects were discussed. The pretreatment and procedure, recipes, conditions of dyeing process was optimized by example. The precautions about process control were pointed out.
