摘　　要：为满足生产提出的新要求,降低生产成本,介绍了基于正确选用加工基准、合理选择加工方法和考虑零件结构工艺性等原则的几种单件小批生产的几种实用工艺方法。通过这几种方法的应用,不仅满足了新的工艺要求,同时降低了生产成本。In order to meet new requirements of production and reduce production cost, based on the principles of correctly se-lecting machining benchmark , reasonably selecting processing methods and considering parts′structure manufacturability , sev-eral practical process methods for single-production were proposed , through whose application , new technological require-ments were met and production costs were reduced .
