摘  要:通过对冲击响应时域法的研究,提出一种更加适合中小企业的转子临界转速测定方法。首先从理论上分析了冲击激励点与响应测量点的选择对分析冲击响应具有重要作用,激励点的选择可以控制模态振型的组合,而测点位置的选择能够反映特定阶次振型的振动;然后对某型号多级离心泵转子进行多次冲击响应测定实验,通过对比频域信号确定了最佳激励点和最佳测点的位置,还探讨了最佳激励点和最佳测点与振型的关系;最后对多个激励点与测点测得的时域信号进行了一阶临界转速的测算,结果证明最佳激励点和最佳测点测的效果最好。该研究为转子临界转速的测量提供了一种较为简易的测量方法,具有重要的应用和参考价值。The purpose of this study on method of time domain signal of pulse response is to present a way to test the first criti-cal speed of rotor which has lower experiment cost and is more suitable for small and medium-sized enterprise.Firstly, it ana-lyzes theoretically that the choice of excitation point and measurement point is very important for studying pulse response .The excitation point controls the form of combination of multi-order modal shapes with different participation factors and the meas-urement point reflects sensitivity to different order modal shape .Secondly , experiments on the rotor of a multistage centrifugal pump are conducted , and the frequency domain signals are compared among one another to identify where is the best excitation point and where is the best measurement point, and relationship between modal shape and the best excitation measurement point is discussed;Finally, the first order critical speed of rotor under different excitation measurement points is acquired with method of domain signal of pulse response and it suggests that the effect under the best excitation measurement point is opti-mum.This study presents an easier test method for the rotor′s first order critical speed, and has important application and ref-erence values.
