摘　　要：目的:了解医疗机构制剂的现状,探讨其发展方向和应对策略。方法:以国家医疗机构相关政策和法规为依据,结合自身工作实践,剖析当前医疗机构制剂存在的问题及原因,并提出解决策略。结果与结论:由于当前国家相关法规不完备以及医疗机构制剂的实际投入与产出不成正比,使得医疗机构制剂在软、硬件建设,制剂质量,人员素质和不良反应监测等方面存在诸多问题。新医改政策为医疗机构制剂的发展带来了新的契机,各医疗机构有必要充分利用自身优势,依托现存制剂室,瞄准临床需求,通过采取严格准入制度、强化自身建设,提高制剂质量、研发国家级新药,组建区域配制中心和委托加工以谋求公益性制剂发展,加强多方合作、提高制剂效益等措施,进一步发挥医疗机构制剂室在医疗机构中的作用。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the situation of pharmaceutical preparations in medical institutions, and to discuss the development direction and strategy. METHODS： Based on the regulations and policies, the problems and causes of pharmaceutical preparations were analyzed by combining with self-experience, so as to propose the strategy on the pharmaceutical preparations. RE- SULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： The disproportion between inputs and outputs is the one of most important reasons for many problems including the software, hardware, quality, personnel quality and ADR monitoring besides the rules are urgently to be improved. New Medical Reform bring a new opportunity for the development of pharmaceutical preparations, and it is necessary for medical institutions to make full use of their own advantages, pay attention to clinical need based on existing preparation laboratory and en- hance the self-construction by adopting strict access system; improve the quality and research national grade new drug; establish re- gional preparation center and consign processing in order to achieve non-profit development of preparation; strengthen multilateral cooperation, and improve economic performance to further play the role of preparation laboratory in medical institutions.
