摘 要:采用计算流体力学软件Fluent对非能动余热排出热交换器(PRHR HX)全尺寸简化模型进行了非稳态数值模拟研究,得到了安全壳内置换料水箱(IRWST)整个受热过程中的传热和流动特性。比较分析了不同时刻、不同位置水箱内两相流动时温度场和流场的变化。根据沸腾相变的两相流模型,对水箱内沸腾两相流的流动进行了数值计算,得到了沸腾两相流流动时的温度场、流场和气相分率等结果。Based on the computational fluid mechanics software Fluent, simplified full-size model of Passive Residual Heat Removal Heat Exchanger (PRHR HX) was simulated with the transient numerical method. Its temperature-field and flow characteristics during the heating process were obtained. The distributions of temperature-field and flow field in different locations at different time were compared. Moreover, through the employment of boiling model, the two-phase flow in In Containment Refueling Water Storage Tank (IRWST) was also simulated numerically. The temperature field, flow-field and vapor phase fraction during the two phase flow were finally obtained to provide reference for the effective operation of passive residual heat removal system.
