摘 要:采用高速摄像技术对单一、连续破孔特殊情况下的导爆管传爆町靠性进行了室内试验研究,试验采用的导爆管爆速平均为1750m/s。通过对高速摄像图的精细观察和测量分析,得出破孔导敛导爆管管道效应被破坏后,对于单一破孔,维持导爆管可靠传爆的半破槽长度最大为15mm;15~30mm之间可能传爆,传爆几率随着半破槽长度增加而减小;超过30mm传爆失败;20mm单一半破槽导致的传爆延迟时间至少为195μs。对于连续破孔,半破槽长度及密集度越大,传爆可靠度越低,连续3个5mm半破槽的导爆管整体传爆时间延迟255μs。试验结论可对爆破施工现场的网路连接提供防范参考。Indoor laboratory experiments of the nonel tube detonation propagation reliability under dif ferent special circumstances had been conducted by using high-speed photography. The special circum stances included single broken hole nonel and continuous broken hole nonel. The average velocity of the normal nonel tube using in the test was 1750m/s. Through the observation and calculation analysis of the slow motion picture taken by the high-speed camera, the results showed that after the nonel's pipes were destroyed caused by broken holes, for single broken hole nonel, the maximum length of half-broken groove to maintain a reliable propagation was 15mm, and it may propagate successfully or maybe not when the length of half-broken groove was between 15mm and 30mm, the chance of propagating successfully de creased with the increased of half-broken groove's length. When the length of half-broken groove exceeded 30mm, it would fail to propagate certainly. The delay time caused by 20mm single broken hole was 195μs at least. For continuous broken hole, the larger of the half broken grooves'length and density, the lower reliability of the detonation propagation, and the overall delay time caused by 3 continuous 5mm length half broken groove was 255μs. The test conclusions can provide references and reasonable recommenda tions for the network connection on blasting construction site.
