摘　　要：随着我国政府鼓励中资企业实践"走出去"战略,近年来涌现了大量的海外港口工程项目。通过案例分析,总结海外港口项目的特点与策划项目的分类,提出该类项目的主要工作流程和工作内容,给出此类项目编制办法及包装方案的建议。Along with the governmental strategy of encouraging domestic enterprises to practice the ＂out going＂ policy, numerous overseas port projects emerged in recent years. Therefore, based on the analysis of project examples, this paper summarizes typical characteristics and categories, discusses the main work flows and key work points, and puts forward the detailed compilation and prettification suggestions.
