摘　　要：基于近年来在巴基斯坦实施的水运项目中利用设计院优势从取得项目到实施、优化、价值提升的过程分析,论证以设计院牵头的总承包模式在流程繁多且复杂多变的海外项目实施中的优势作用,同时针对中交集团内设计和施工单位在海外市场中各自的特点,提出以设计院为牵头的总承包模式是集团提高国际市场核心竞争力、打造品牌拓展市场的最佳发展模式。Based on three marine protection works carried out by CCCC-FHDI in Pakistan during recent years, this paper analyzes the process of a design company in winning a project, optimizing a project, improving the value of a project by its own advantages, and demonstrates the advantages of a design company, as the leading party, in executing the EPC project in the overseas engineering market, which is famous for its complicated procedures and multivariate circumstances. Taking account of distinguishing features of design, construction and other companies among CCCC, this paper also points out that EPC project leaded by a design company is the best model for CCCC to develop its market and upgrade its branding in the overseas engineering market.
