基于CSCD数据库收载湖南中医药大学论文计量分析

摘　　要：以中国科学引文数据库(简称CSCD)为检索依据,采用文献计量法和逻辑分析法,并结合洛特卡定律、普赖斯定律,对我校教师2006至2013年6月间在国内核心期刊上发表的科研论文被CSCD收录,就核心作者、时间分布、被引频率、全国中医院校发文情况等项进行统计分析,结果表明:我校在国内核心期刊发文呈逐年上升趋势,但与兄弟院校相比有一定差距,核心作者不多,某些新设专业发文数量偏少。建议培育核心作者,加强跨学科交流与合作,实行学科优势互补,提高科研成果的质量,增加核心作者和提高其论文平均产出率。Based on the Chinese Science Citation Database （CSCD）,papers from CM University of Hunan published on Chinese core periodicals from 2006 to June of 2013 were analyzed by the indexes of core authors,time distribution,citation frequency and issued papers of the same kind universities with the methods of bibliometric and logical analysis following Lotka Law and Price Law.The results showed that there was increasing trend of Chinese core periodicals papers published by our university.But compared with other universities of the same kind,there was certain gap.The main problems were the small number of core authors and very few papers on newly established subjects.Based on this circumstance,it is suggested that our university ought to train core authors,enhance the cross-discipline communication and cooperation,integrate the advantages of subjects,improve the quality of research outcomes and increase the numbers and the average output capacity of core authors.
