摘　　要：从中小型企业的实际情况出发,通过对财务网络和网络财务的特征分析,应用基于IPSec VPN技术与防火墙技术研究出价格低廉、经济、安全性和配置简单容易的解决方案,构建安全可靠的财务网络,使得网络财务数据信息能够在Internet上安全可靠的传输与共享。该方案将在中小型企业网络财务中发挥巨大作用。By analyzing the characters of finance network and network finance, the paper provides a cheap, sate and simple method based on the fact of small and medium sized enterprises and the technology of VPN ground on IPSec and FireWall to set up safe and reliable finance network. It makes the information of finance to transmit and share safely. The method will play an important role in the network finance of small and medium sized enterprises.
