摘 要:目的:建立妇宁丸中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用LC-MS/MS法测定盐酸水苏碱的含量。使用Venusil HILIC色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,3 μm),以乙腈-水(75:25)为流动相,流速0.3 mL·min^-1;以电喷雾离子源(ESI)正离子模式将样品离子化,多反应监测(MRM)模式下对盐酸水苏碱(m/z 144.0→57.91和m/z 144.0→83.96)进行测定。结果:盐酸水苏碱浓度在5.0440-201.76 ng·mL^-1线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率(n=6)为99.6%,RSD为1.3%。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可作为妇宁丸中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。Objective: To establish the quantitative method of determining the contents of stachydrine hydrochloride in Funing pills. Methods: The content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Funing pills was determined by LC-MS/MS.The chromatographic column was Venusil HILIC(100 mm×2.1 mm,3 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (75:25),at the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min^-1.The eletrospray ionization(ESI) with positive source of the mass spectrometer and detected in multiple reaction monitor(MRM) mode was used to detect stachydrine hydrochloride(m/z 144.0→57.91 and m/z 144.0→83.96). Results: The linear range of stachydrine hydrochloride was 5.0-201.8 ng·mL^-1(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate(n=6) was 99.6%,and RSD was 1.3%. Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Funing pills.
