摘 要:在已稳定运行的连续流双污泥亚硝化反硝化除磷系统的缺氧池中取污泥,经亚硝化反硝化菌选择培养基培养后,筛选出5株亚硝化反硝化菌:FA5、FA6、FB2、FB4和FB5,对其进行革兰氏染色和一系列生理生化试验,确定其分别为克雷伯氏菌属、芽孢杆菌属、肠杆菌属、莫拉氏菌属和芽孢杆菌属。考察4种亚硝化反硝化菌的厌氧释磷和缺氧吸磷特性,同时进行PHB染色和异染颗粒染色。结果表明,4种亚硝化反硝化菌中都含有聚磷和PHB颗粒,且都有厌氧释磷和缺氧吸磷现象,即4种菌都能进行同步反硝化除磷,但芽孢杆菌属、克雷伯氏菌属、莫拉氏菌属和肠杆菌属的吸磷量依次减少,吸磷量分别为(1.48×10-11)、(1.13×10-11)、(6.28×10-12)和(6.05×10-12)mg/cfu。Sludge was taken from the anoxic reactor of a continuous flow double sludge nitrosation denitrifying phosphorus removal system which had been operating stably. Nitrosation denitrifying organ- isms were screened by the selective medium of nitrosation denitrifying organisms. Five strains of nitrosation denitrifying organisms ( FAs, FA6, FB2, FB4 and FB5 ) were identified by Gram' s staining and a series of physiological and biochemical experiments to be Klebsiella, Bacillus, Enterobacter, Moraxella and Bacillus respectively. The characteristics of anaerobic phosphorus release and anoxic phosphorus uptake, when dyeing with poly-β-hydroxybutyric acid (PHB) and poly-phosphate, for four kinds of denitrifying organisms were studied simultaneously. The results showed that there were both PHB and poly-phosphate in four nitrosation denitrifying organisms and all had manifested anaerobic phosphorus release and anoxic phosphorus uptake. That is, the four organisms could denitrify and remove phosphorus simultaneously. However, the quantities of phosphorus uptake of Bacillus, Klebsiella, Moraxella and Enterobacter were 1.48×10^-11 mg/cfu, 1.13×10^-11 mg/cfu, 6.28×10^-12 mg/cfu and 6.05×10^-12 mg/cfu, respectively, showing a gradual decrease.
