摘  要:针对普通快滤池过滤周期短、反冲洗效果欠佳、反冲洗能耗大的问题,研发出一种能使普通快滤池实现气水反冲洗的拱形断面配水配气管。通过研究该管配水配气的均匀性以及不同反冲洗方式对滤速、过滤周期、滤前(后)水压的影响,证明该管能够实现均匀可靠的反冲洗配水配气,并且通过优化反冲洗过程,在保证反冲洗效果的前提下,能够有效节约反冲洗水量。该拱形断面配水配气管既适用于普通快滤池的改造,同时也能用于其他气水反冲洗滤池。To address problems in conventional rapid sand filters, such as short filtering period, poor backwashing efficiency and high energy consumption, a semi-elliptical air and water distribution pipe was designed to realize air-water backwashing in a conventional rapid sand filter. The evenness of air/water distribution and the effects of various backwashing modes on filtering velocity, filtering period and water head loss were investigated. The results indicated that the evenness and reliability of air/water distribution improved when using semi-elliptical pipes in rapid sand filter. The backwashing process was optimized for the best backwashing performance. The semi-elliptical air and water distribution pipe can be used for reconstruction of conventional rapid sand filters and other air-water backwashing filters.
