摘  要:针对供水系统存在的高能耗问题,在常规单体节能的基础上,提出了基于目标电耗优化控制的系统节能方法。以某泵站供水系统为研究对象,通过对现场运行工况进行调研,计算出在全定速、一定一调、全调速三种不同运行方式下的单位电耗及产水量。经过对比,确定目标电耗下的最佳节能控制方案为"一定速+双调速+双定速",并给出了在该运行方式下的流量切换点及最小目标电耗值。结果表明:该泵站在节能改造后,节电率高达27.98%,每年可节省电费为471.6万元,这对其他泵站的节能改造具有指导和借鉴意义。To address the high energy consumption of the water supply system, based on conven- tional monomer energy-saving,a system energy-saving method using power consumption optimization control was proposed. The operation conditions of a water supply pumping station during normal production period were investigated. The unit power consumption and water production values of the pumping station operating at full constant speed, one constant speed and one variable speed and full variable speed were calculated. After the comparison, the optimal energy-saving scheme under the target power consumption was determined to be "one constant speed + double variable speed + double constant speed". The flow switching point and the minimum target power consumption value in this operating mode were given. After reconstruction of the pumping station, the power saving rate was 27.98%, and the annual electricity savings were around 4 716 000 yuan, which provides reference for the energy-saving reconstruction of other pumping stations.
