摘 要:采用自制陶瓷膜处理富营养化水体。陶瓷膜的最佳制备条件如下:沸石含量为2%,淀粉含量为20%,成型压强为10 MPa,烧结温度为1 100℃。在操作压力为0.09 MPa的条件下,膜装置运行30 min后,对富营养化水体中浊度、Chl-a、CODMn、TP、TN的去除率分别为97.65%、98.67%、80.89%、74.59%和25.66%,净化效果显著,并且膜装置运行稳定;另外,陶瓷膜的再生性能优良,反冲洗8 min后,清水通量的恢复率可达到83.95%。The self-made ceramic membrane was used to purify eutrophic water. The optimal con- ditions for ceramic membrane preparation were as follows: 2% zeolite content, 20% starch content, molding pressure of 10 MPa and sintering temperature of 1 100℃. After operating membrane device for 30 rain at 0.09 MPa pressure, the removal rates of turbidity, Chl-a, CODMn, TP and TN were 97.65% , 98.67% , 80.89% , 74.59% and 25.66% , respectively. The purification effect was remarkable and the membrane device operated stably. In addition, the regeneration performance of the ceramic membrane was excellent. After 8 min of baekwashing, the recovery rate of clear water flux was 83.95%.
