Field survey of emergency self-aid and mutual rescuing knowledge of Guangzhou college students

摘  要:目的了解广州市大学生自救互救能力,为提高大学生减灾避险能力提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,自编问卷对广州市5所高校1 408名大学生常见灾害的自救互救认知程度和知晓情况进行调查。结果对自救互救知识11个类别的自我评价中,完全了解并掌握操作者68名(4.97%),了解原理未熟练操作者394名(28.82%),未完全了解原理及操作有610名(44.62%),原理及操作均完全不了解者295名(21.59%)。27个知识题中,学生得分在0~22分之间,平均(7.35±2.46)分。不同专业大学生得分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),一般本科、女生、农村、高年级学生得分较高(P值均〈0.05)。结论广州市大学生自救互救能力偏低。应有针对性地采取相关措施,培养大学生防灾意识,提高减灾避险能力。Objective To investigate the knowledge of emergency self-aid and mutual rescuing of college students from the city of Guangzhou,and to provide a scientific evidence for improving university students' disaster hedge ability. Methods A total of 1 408 college school students of 5 schools among Guangzhou were selected by multistage sampling method and were interviewed with self-designed questionnaire about emergency self-aid and mutual rescuing cognitions / knowledge. Results The number of fully understand and being skillful was 68( 4.97%),understanding the principle but not skillful was 394( 28.82%),not fully understand the principle and operation was 610( 44.62%),and completely not understand principle and operation was 295( 21.59%). Scores distributed between 0-22( 7.35±2.46). There was no statistical difference between scores of different professional( P0.05). Score was highest in students who were from general university,girls,bored in rural areas and senior degree( P0.05). Conclusion The present situation of self-aid and mutual rescuing of Guangzhou college students is not optimistic. Relevant measures should be taken to improve the disaster prevention consciousness and mitigation hedge ability.
