湖北省2007—2012年学生肺结核发病情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解2007—2012年湖北省学生结核病疫情,为学校结核病防治工作提出可行性建议。方法对全国传染病网络直报系统报告的2007—2012年湖北省学生肺结核疫情资料进行分析。结果 2007—2012年湖北省学生肺结核报告发病率从7.73/10万下降到4.2/10万(χ2=891.36,P<0.01);每年的3—4月,学生报告发病人数为全年最高,2月为全年最低。结论湖北省学校结核病疫情呈明显下降趋势。加强学校师生结核病防治知识的宣教和新入校高中生、大学生体检工作,可有效控制学校结核病疫情。Objective To understand the epidemic situation of student tuberculosis,in order to provide feasible suggestions of tuberculosis prevention and control for schools. Methods The prevalence of students＇ tuberculosis in Hubei during 2007-2012 was analyzed. Results During 2007-2012,the student reported incidence rate of tuberculosis in Hubei dropped to 4.2 /105 from 7.73 /105,decreased by 45.61%. The number of student reported incidence cases was the highest in every March and April, and the lowest in February. There was a difference in the reported incidence rate between different cities,and mountain areas reported the highest rate. Conclusion The epidemic situation of student tuberculosis shows a remarkable downward trend. It is important to take measures for school tuberculosis prevention,strengthening the tuberculosis knowledge education for schools,strengthening high school and college freshmen tuberculosis medical examination and early detection of tuberculosis cases.
