摘　　要：目的了解郑州市市区高中生慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的患病情况及其对生活质量的影响,为采取相关干预措施提供依据。方法随机选取郑州市1 677名高一学生为调查对象,采用自行设计的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎相关症状问卷及视觉模拟量表进行调查。结果高中生慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患病率为7.27%(122/1 677),其中男生为7.51%(61/812),女生为7.09%(58/818),差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.107,P>0.05)。对学生造成困扰者占61.48%(75/122),其中轻度困扰率为8.20%(10/122),中度困扰率为43.44%(53/122),重度困扰率为9.84%(12/122);生活质量受到影响者占患病学生的27.87%(34/122)。结论高中生慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患病率较高,对生活质量有较大的影响。采取积极有效的干预措施来应对。Objective To investigate the situation of chronic rhinosinusitis and its influences to life quality among high school students in Zhengzhou,and to provide evidence for the intervention measurements. Methods A total of 1 677 high school students in Zhengzhou were randomly selected as the object. All the participants were investigated by using visual analogue scale（ VAS） questionnaire of chronic rhinosinusitis. Results The prevalence rate of chronic rhinosinusitis disease of high school students in Zhengzhou was 7.27%（ 122 /1 677）,in which,the boys＇ was 7.51%（ 61 /812）,the girls＇ was 7.09%（ 58 /818）. There were no statistical differences of case rate between boys and girls（ χ2= 0.107,P0.05）. The rate of high school students being troubled by this disease was 61.48%（ 75 /122）,in which,the rate of mildly troubled was 8.20%（ 10 /122）,the rate of moderately troubled was 43.44%（ 53 /122）,the rate of severely troubled was 9.84%（ 12 /122）,and 27.87%（ 34 /122） students＇ quality of life was affected. Conclusion Chronic rhinosinusitis disease is common and influences life quality of among high school students in Zhengzhou. We should pay attention to sick situation of chronic rhinosinusitis and take the positive and effective intervention measures.
